Volunteers

"Garden volunteers" are plants that spring up in a garden without being planted by the gardener. Maybe they came from the compost, or a passing bird, or last year's flower went to seed. They can provide some of the most beautiful and unusual companions in the garden and in life.

If you would like to be a garden (or barnyard) volunteer at the teaching farm we would be glad to have you. You must pre arrange with Rebecca, and you are responsible for your party. Bring a pic-nic, a camera, and some friends for a real rural experience.
